Office Staff Responsibilities

  1. Clean Director's
    room
    and all
    employee offices
    , including tables, shelves, meeting room, and kitchen.
  2. Serve food
    to employees during break time and
    serve tea
    as required. Prepare tea upon request.
  3. Collect cups
    from tables and return them to the kitchen.
  4. Clear dirty dishes
    and utensils after meals and ensure they are properly washed and cleaned.
  5. Refill water bottles
    promptly whenever they are empty.
  6. Clean windows
    regularly.
  7. Serve water and tea
    to guests.
  8. Deposit cheques and cash
    at the bank only upon
    director's approval
    .
  9. Working hours:
    10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  10. Employee break time:
    1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Important Notes

  • Arrive in the morning and ensure the entire office is clean before work begins.
  • After meals, clean all plates, glasses, and cups immediately.
  • Check tables frequently and remove any used items promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the day and repeat the cleaning routine as needed.
