Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, located in Lahore. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating & maintaining Meta & google ads.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    : Develop, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Performance Analysis
    : Monitor, analyze, & report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio to optimize ROI.
  • Manage ad budgets, ensuring
    efficient allocation
    of spend for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to
    develop engaging ad creatives
    and copy.
  • A/B Testing
    : Continuously test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates.
  • Industry Insights
    : Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
