Job Opportunity: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Goldfinch, an authorized land acquisition and development partner for RUDA projects including Chahar Bagh, is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate quality leads and support our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.


• Monitor campaign performance and optimize to achieve KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROI).


• Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements.


• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion support.


• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing (real estate experience preferred).


• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.


• Strong analytical and reporting skills.


• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
