Position Overview:

This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in HR. As an HR Intern at Unity Films, you will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation. You will receive practical exposure to HR practices in a professional environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Fresh Bachelor's degree in BBA (HR) or Psychology (Graduates only; current students will not be considered)
  • Gender Requirement: Male candidates only
  • Experience: No prior experience required — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Skills:
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and initial candidate screening
  • Help in scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Assist in employee onboarding activities
  • Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
