Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated
HR Intern
who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, a tech-savvy approach, and a genuine interest in automation and process improvement. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and digital HR tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and recruitment processes.
  • Support with screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve HR engagement and communication.
  • Help automate repetitive HR tasks and explore digital HR tools.
  • Maintain HR databases, spreadsheets, and employee documentation.
  • Participate in employee engagement and learning activities.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, technology, and automation.
  • Creative, energetic, and eager to take initiative.
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of digital tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
