Position Overview:

We are seeking a
Senior Recruiter
who can handle both
technical and non-technical roles
. You'll play a key role in driving the entire recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in working with international clients and diverse roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions (engineering, product, sales, operations, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements and hiring goals
  • Source top candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and reports using ATS/CRM tools
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes
  • Stay up to date with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years
    of experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Proven track record hiring for both
    technical
    (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts) and
    non-technical
    (e.g., sales, marketing, admin) roles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia) is a plus
  • Experience using
    ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)
