We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in local & international markets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to monitor competitors, trends, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare marketing material, presentations, and sales proposals.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and dealers.
  • Provide regular sales and marketing reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales & marketing (manufacturing/FMCG/trading sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and business development.
