Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Accounts at R-Sheen Group of Companies in Peshawar. The Manager Accounts will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes within the organization. The Manager of Accounts will head the accounting department and supervise the organization's financial operations.

Key Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Prepare and review financial, income, and cash flow statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manage the month and year-end closing processes.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department, including payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage relationships with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely payments and support overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and other financial systems.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with senior managers and effectively pass on instructions to other team members.

Requirements:

Qualification:

  • Master's in Accounting/ Finance, CA/ACCA/ACMA/ICMA/CPA.

Experience:

  • 5-7 Years of proven work experience in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing skills.
  • Proficiency in Tier 1 ERP software.
  • Excellent skills in data analysis and forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
