Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining IT infrastructure — including server rooms, virtual servers, domain controllers, and Exchange servers.

Support and promote the use of OneDrive & SharePoint for enhanced backup, collaboration, and file sharing.

Help review and implement IT policies, SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.

Prepare weekly executive dashboards and KPI-based performance reports.

Collaborate with Finance for IT budget planning and monitoring.

Track procurement plans, ERP issues, and helpdesk resolutions.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and long-term IT roadmaps.

Provide technical troubleshooting and end-user support when needed.

Required Expertise

Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Exchange, and virtualization tools.

Proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel (for analytics and reporting).

Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint for project tracking.

Strong financial modeling and Excel-based forecasting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience.

Professional certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus
