Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business leads, qualifying inbound leads, setting appointments for the sales team, managing CRM data, and conducting outbound prospecting. The role requires proactive communication skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and consistent achievement of sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and inbound lead qualification.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and managing CRM data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in the D2C industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Islāmābād, Pakistan.
