Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys initiating conversations and identifying business opportunities. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Your focus will be on generating leads, building relationships, and helping expand our client base.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify and connect with potential clients

Research target industries, brands, and decision-makers to craft personalised pitches/audits

Maintain and update CRM records with outreach progress and follow-ups

Schedule and coordinate introductory calls with interested prospects

Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach messaging with company services and capabilities

Contribute to developing outreach templates, proposals, and sales materials

Continuously follow up with leads and nurture relationships for long-term opportunities

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for outreach

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle rejections professionally

Organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM software is a plus

Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a bonus
