Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled
Power Automate Developer
with 2 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and managing automation workflows and bots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end automation project management — from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop, and deploy
Power Automate (Flow)
solutions to streamline business processes.


• Manage and maintain automation
bots
, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.


• Work with stakeholders to
gather requirements
, analyze business processes, and identify automation opportunities.


• Integrate Power Automate with
SharePoint, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Dataverse
.


• Create and maintain
documentation
for automation workflows, including process diagrams, solution design, and user guides.


• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing flows and bots.


• Manage
project timelines, deliverables, and updates
across multiple automation initiatives.


• Ensure
data security, governance, and compliance
standards are met in all automation solutions.


• Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
including IT, operations, and business units to ensure successful deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
.


• 2+ years of experience with
Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
.


• Strong understanding of
automation lifecycle
and
project management principles
.


• Experience integrating Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 tools and APIs.


• Knowledge of
RPA concepts
and ability to manage
automation bots
.


• Familiarity with
JSON, REST APIs, and connectors
.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with
PowerShell, Python, or SQL scripting

• Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
or
Power Automate Developer Associate (PL-500)
.
