We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in HR and contribute to people-related initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process – job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and induction coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
  • Provide support in performance management and training initiatives.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and people management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred:

  • Prior internship or project experience in HR will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR software or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

Pay: Rs20, Rs25,000.00 per month
