Job Summary:

Smart Source is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through the process of studying abroad and get the sales for the company. You will be responsible for advising students on their educational opportunities, assisting with applications, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counseling:
    Provide one-on-one counseling to students and their families, offering detailed information on studying abroad.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    Drive sales through effective consultation, promotion of Smart Source services, and conversion of leads into successful applications.
  • Application Assistance:
    Assist students in completing their applications, including personal statements, reference letters, and financial documentation.
  • Visa Guidance:
    Provide comprehensive guidance on visa applications and processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is correctly completed and submitted.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about global education trends, visa regulations, and destination-specific information to provide accurate and current advice.
  • Customer Service:
    Offer ongoing support to students, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Networking:
    Build and maintain relationships with high schools, universities, and other relevant stakeholders to promote Smart Source services.
  • Documentation:
    Ensure all student records are accurately maintained and updated in the company's database.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field. Students can apply too
  • Experience
    : Fresh graduates and students with excellent communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Familiarity with education consultation concepts and trends is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Proficient in English and Urdu (both spoken and written).
