Job Title: HR Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage HR responsibilities, ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, handle internal team concerns, and support management with hiring and interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on platforms such as Indeed and other relevant portals.
  • Assist management in conducting interviews.
  • Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Address and resolve HR related issues from the team in a professional manner.
  • Maintain employee records and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, especially in onboarding and recruitment.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to handle employee issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Familiarity with job posting platforms like Indeed.
  • Reliable, organized, and collaborative.

Job Details:

  • Position: HR Coordinator
  • Salary: 30,000 PKR per month
  • Timings: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
