What You'll Do

As an HR Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our people operations:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Post job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding new hires.
  • Attendance & Records:
    Maintain employee records, track attendance, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Support company events, internal announcements, and engagement activities.
  • HR Admin Support:
    Prepare letters, maintain documentation, and assist with policy implementation.
  • Learning & Growth:
    Work closely with leadership to roll out training initiatives and gather feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • A proactive, people-first mindset — eager to learn and grow.
