Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and ambitious
Business Development Specialist Interns
who are eager to gain hands-on experience in
business development, sales, and client relationship management
. This is a performance-driven opportunity where interns will learn to identify prospects, pitch services, generate leads, and close deals.

Successful candidates may be offered a long-term role with the company based on performance during the internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in global markets.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
  • Pitch company services (WordPress, Laravel, AI, Automation) to clients in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and pricing.
  • Track performance metrics and report progress on weekly targets.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Minimum 12 years of education (Intermediate or above).
  • Technical Literacy:
    Must have basic internet literacy and ability to research online.
  • AI Knowledge:
    Awareness of Generative AI and its applications.
  • Marketing & Communication:
    Basic understanding of marketing strategies and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Work Ethic:
    Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work remotely.
