Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Human Resources Generalist, based in Lahore. The Associate Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for handling various HR tasks including HR management, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. The role also involves engaging with employees, managing HR records, Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience with HR Policies and Employee Compensation & Benefits
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
