We are seeking a proactive and tech savvy
Human Resource Generalist
who thrives on creating structure, driving efficiency, and improving employee experience through smart systems and processes. You'll work closely with management to implement effective HR operations, optimize workflows using ERP/CRM tools, and help build a culture of performance, learning, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems such as
    Zoho People
    ,
    Zoho Recruit
    , or similar ERP/CRM tools.
  • Develop and track
    HR KPIs
    (e.g., turnover rate, hiring efficiency, engagement metrics).
  • Design and improve HR processes for better scalability and efficiency.
  • Support management in performance reviews, goal tracking, and policy development.
  • Handle employee queries with empathy, clarity, and strong communication.
  • Coordinate with technical and business teams for cross-departmental HR initiatives.
  • Stay updated with best practices in HR tech, analytics, and automation.
  • Build strong professional networks especially through
    LinkedIn
    for sourcing and employer branding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1.5-2 years of proven experience
    as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Zoho People
    ,
    Zoho Recruit
    , or other HR ERP/CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of
    HR metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and make processes more efficient.
  • Strong presence and
    networking ability on LinkedIn.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
