Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Insta Wallet. You will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and features while collaborating closely with technology, compliance, operations, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and has experience in fintech or digital payment products.

Key Responsibilities:


• Define and own the product roadmap for Insta Wallet, aligning it with business goals and market needs.


• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, users, and market insights.


• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features.


• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and engagement metrics to inform future improvements.


• Stay updated on fintech trends, regulations, and competitive products to ensure the wallet remains innovative and compliant.


• Work with marketing and customer support teams to develop launch plans, user education, and feedback loops.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, digital wallets, or payment solutions.


• Strong understanding of digital payments, financial services, and regulatory requirements in Pakistan.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
