Role Description

We are seeking an 
Accounting Assistant
 to join our team on-site in Lahore. In this contract role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
  • Preparing and reconciling invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Supporting the finance team with data entry and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Using cloud-based accounting tools for accurate record keeping (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 
    1 year of experience
     in bookkeeping or accounting support
  • Strong knowledge of 
    QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and Xero
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, reconciliations, and bookkeeping standards
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Contract Terms

This is a 
2-year contract role
. Candidates must be committed to completing the full contract term — 
early resignation within 2 years will not be permitted
.
