Key Responsibilities:

· Performing mathematical and actuarial calculations to prepare data for analysis and review for life insurance companies

· Carrying out actuarial reserving, pricing and forecasting for general and health insurance companies

· Conducting a wide range of research and evaluation studies that address non-routine actuarial and financial problems

· Documenting work processes, products, methods and findings for technical and non-technical audience

· Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned

What Are We Looking For:

· University degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science.

· Demonstrated commitment to become Associate/Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or Society of Actuaries or Casualty Actuarial Society.

· Progress with actuarial exam, minimum 1 paper passed.

· Internship or demonstrated working knowledge of insurance business

· Ability to pick up new concepts and systems quickly

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Proficiency in Excel and Word is required. Basic understanding of R/SPSS would be advantageous.
