About the Role:

As a Mid-Level Actuarial professional, you will contribute to the strategic decision-making process, reviewing the work of your peers and working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will be essential in conveying your insights effectively and influencing key decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

·
Perform and review IFRS 17 reserving and reporting, including cash flows, risk adjustment, CSM, transition approaches, and regulatory submissions.

·
Manage actuarial models, reconciliations, and governance processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency with IFRS 17 and related frameworks.

·
Perform and review Actuarial valuations of employee retirement benefit schemes and prepare disclosures as per IAS-19.

·
Contribute towards IFRS 9 expected credit loss modelling and related financial risk assessment.

·
Mentor internees and junior resources. 

Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements:

·
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or a related discipline.

·
Successfully passed at least three exams from any recognized Actuarial body (SOA, CAS, IFoA), with a strong commitment to achieving the status of Associate.

·
Demonstrated professional experience of three or more years in the actuarial field.

·
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel/VBA or other Statistical/Analytical software such as Python or R.

·
A problem-solving approach that emphasizes analytical thinking, enabling you to deliver rational, realistic, and sound recommendations and decisions.

·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges efficiently.

·
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
