Job Description:

As an Email/Chat Support Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns via email communication. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and accurate assistance to our valued customers in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Correspondence:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via email, learning to communicate professionally and accurately.
  • Utilize provided templates and guidelines to craft well-written and personalized responses tailored to each customer's query.

Query Resolution:

  • Learn to understand the nature of each customer's inquiry and provide basic solutions or guidance under supervision.
  • Assist in taking ownership of customer issues and following up to ensure resolution, with guidance from senior team members.

Professionalism and Empathy:

  • Develop a positive and empathetic demeanor when interacting with customers, showing genuine interest in helping to resolve their concerns.
  • Seek guidance from senior team members in handling challenging situations with patience and diplomacy.·

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other members of the Customer Service team to learn from their experiences and share insights.
  • Provide support to more experienced team members as needed, contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • No previous experience is required; we welcome fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in customer service.
  • Strong written & Verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and improve over time.
  • Basic problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to learning and delivering accurate responses to customers.
  • Empathy and a positive attitude in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints, with a willingness to learn and grow in this aspect.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic computer literacy skills, including familiarity with email and willingness to learn to use CRM software applications.
