Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Assistant to Accounts
to manage day-to-day financial operations and support the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company accounts and financial records.
  • Disperse various payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle daily cash transactions and maintain proper records.
  • Manage correspondence and transactions with local banks.
  • Process and publish payments through online portals.
  • Prepare and finalize the daily balance sheet at the end of each day.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounts/finance will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cash responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
