Role Snapshot

Run targeted LinkedIn outreach to build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and contacts. Own messaging, follow ups, and scheduling to keep interviews and shortlists moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build target lists using Boolean search and filters
  • Send personalized connection notes and DMs with short, clear value props
  • Run message sequences and timely follow ups to boost reply rates
  • Coordinate screening calls and interview scheduling with hiring teams
  • Track leads, stages, and outcomes in CRM or ATS and Excel
  • Report weekly on response rates, conversions, and pipeline health

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • 1 to 3 years in LinkedIn sourcing, talent outreach, or lead generation
  • Strong written communication and concise copywriting
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator, plus CRM or ATS
  • Good Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Lahore based and able to work on site in Model Town
