Key Responsibilities
:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, find, and qualify leads (companies and decision-makers) aligned with Tron AI's service offerings.
Craft and execute cold outreach strategies via LinkedIn and email to generate interest, book meetings, and build pipeline.
Personalize messaging using company data, pain points, verticals, job titles, etc.
Track performance (response rates, meetings booked, conversion) and iterate outreach cadences, templates.
Collaborate with marketing / product teams to align messaging (offers, case studies, value props).
Maintain CRM / data hygiene for leads/prospects.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience doing B2B lead generation or business development using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email outreach.
Excellent written communication skills (cold emails, LinkedIn messages).
Strong ability to do persona / industry research and to use that to personalize outreach.
Results-driven, proactive, good at following up.
Comfortable with targets / quotas (number of leads, meetings booked, etc.).
Bonus: Experience in software / AI / tech services; familiar with relevant tools (CRM, prospecting tools, outreach automation, analytics).
