About the Role:

We are looking for an
Accountant – Sales Operations
for our client in the chemical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales operations, managing customer accounts, monitoring receivables, and supporting financial analysis to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Communicate with customers and vendors to coordinate sales activities and ensure timely product deliveries.


• Maintain and update sales records, customer data, contracts, and product information.


• Schedule dispatches, prepare DC Registers, and handle customer inquiries.


• Manage customer relationships and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly.


• Review receivables regularly and assist the Finance team in dealer/customer reconciliations.


• Coordinate customer queries related to payments, debits, and credits.


• Verify customer/dealer documentation, tax status, NOC, and other confirmations.


• Support calculation and processing of commissions, discounts, and advances.


• Input sales orders and track order fulfilment and dispatches.


• Prepare annual sales budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance reports.


• Conduct profitability and price realization analyses (by product, channel, and customer).


• Record daily receipts, prepare and dispatch invoices, and confirm receipt with customers.


• Follow up on payments and track accounts receivable with customer teams.


• Calculate average days outstanding per client and sales team.


• Perform adequate pricing and other financial analyses to support sales and marketing goals.
