About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound Stock Assistant to support in

managing inventory levels within a fast paced retail environment. This role is vital in ensuring

the efficient flow of goods and maintaining optimal stock levels to support operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory

● Process purchase orders for goods to fulfil sales orders and replenish stock levels

● Work closely with suppliers to ensure on time delivery terms and quality standards

● Analyse purchasing patterns and forecast demand to inform procurement decisions

● Chase suppliers for outstanding purchase orders

● Update and maintain accurate records of purchase orders and ETA's

● Update and maintain product details

● Collaborate with internal teams to understand stock requirements and resolve supply issues promptly

● Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities

● Run key trading reports, analyse and supply to wider buying team - weekly & monthly

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

● Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or procurement

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Strong organisational skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

● High level of attention to detail

● Knowledge of supply chain processes and principles

● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel
