We are looking for a skilled LinkedIn Profile Manager with minimum 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing client LinkedIn profiles to ensure a strong online presence, active engagement, and effective activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Profile Management: Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence on client LinkedIn profiles.

Post Creation: Create and format LinkedIn posts that align with the client profile.

Post Publishing: Schedule and publish posts based on the content calendar.

Engagement: Actively engage with relevant audiences through comments, reactions, and DMs.

Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs): Identify and collaborate with the client's target potential ICPs.

Outreach: Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages as per the outreach strategy.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of LinkedIn profile management experience.

Strong communication and engagement skills.

Ability to create engaging content and manage outreach strategies.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance brand visibility and grow professional networks. Responsibilities may evolve based on company needs.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays)

Working Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Break: 1 hour

Training Period:

15-20 days

You'll be trained and monitored for performance

Trainees will be paid PKR 500 per day

Based on performance, we'll decide if you're eligible to continue as a full-time employee

Compensation:

Probation Period:

PKR 60,000/month

(Tasks: Commenting + Post Publishing + Research + Captions + Outreaching)

Upon Proving Capability to Handle Full Client Profile:

There will be an increment depending on performance after the probation period.
