Company Driver

Job Summary:

Synercon Pvt Ltd is seeking two reliable and experienced Company Drivers, one of whom will be assigned exclusively to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The selected candidates will ensure the safe, timely, and professional transportation of executives, staff, documents, and materials. The position requires individuals with excellent driving skills, discretion, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Duties:

• Safely operate company-assigned vehicles to transport staff, executives, documents, and goods as required.
• Serve as the primary driver for the CEO, with the ability to adjust to dynamic schedules and last-minute changes.
• Plan efficient travel routes using GPS and mobile navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze).
• Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while maintaining safe driving practices at all times.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Perform daily routine checks on fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, lights, wipers, and overall vehicle condition.
• Ensure timely servicing and repairs, including documentation such as registration, insurance, and pollution checks.
• Promptly report any mechanical or performance issues to the relevant department.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain a daily vehicle log including mileage, fuel usage, travel time, and destinations.
• Submit monthly vehicle reports (fuel expenses, toll receipts, maintenance costs, etc.).
• Assist with minor official errands, such as banking, mail delivery, or collection of items as directed.

Work Schedule:

• Standard Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (subject to flexibility based on CEO's schedule)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Availability: Must be available 7 days a week, with 4 leave days per month
• Overtime: Paid or compensated with prior approval
• Weekend or Holiday Work: May be required occasionally, with prior notice

• Absolute discretion and confidentiality must be maintained at all times
• Non-smoker preferred during duty hours
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to urgent needs

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (minimum 5 years old) with a clean driving record
• Minimum 10 years of professional driving experience, preferably for a CEO, Director, or other senior executive
• Strong knowledge of Islamabad and intercity routes
• Ability to operate navigation tools (e.g., GPS, Google Maps, Waze) and use a smartphone for route updates
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of vehicle systems
• Age requirement: Between 40 and 55 years
• Punctual, dependable, and courteous
• Flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with multinational or corporate firms
• Ability to read and write basic Urdu and understand basic English

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: PKR 35,000 (subject to increase based on experience and performance)

Term & Evaluation:

• Initial Term: 6-month probationary period
• Performance Evaluation: Conducted bi-annually, based on:
• Punctuality
• Safety adherence
• Professional conduct
• Vehicle maintenance standards
• Service quality and discretion
