We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Technical Recruiter
to assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR and technical teams to identify qualified candidates for various IT roles, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about building a career in technical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment & Sourcing
- Assist in managing the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for technical roles under supervision. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and technical skill sets.
- Source candidates through
LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and referrals
. - Conduct
initial screenings
to evaluate candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule
interviews
with technical panels and hiring teams. - Maintain a strong
pipeline of potential candidates
for current and future openings.
Candidate Management & Coordination
- Ensure a
smooth candidate experience
through timely communication and updates. - Assist in preparing and sharing job descriptions, interview feedback, and offer details.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with senior recruiters, HR, and department heads to meet hiring goals.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and open positions.
- Collaborate with the HR operations team for offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Process & Database Management
- Update and maintain candidate records in the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
or recruitment databases. - Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics for internal reviews.
- Assist in improving recruitment processes and implementing best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science
, or related field. - 0–1 year of experience in
technical or non-technical recruitment
(fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply). - Basic understanding of technical roles such as
software development, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX
. - Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with
LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS tools
. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field.
