We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have core expertise in Google Ads, along with proven experience managing a comprehensive digital marketing department. This role requires proficiency in social media management, SEO, and the ability to execute and optimize digital strategies that drive growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, implementing improvements as needed.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website rankings.
  • Conduct regular website audits and optimize for search engine visibility.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and implement best practices.

Department Management:

  • Oversee the operations of the digital marketing department, ensuring smooth execution of all activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

Other Digital Marketing Tasks:

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital campaigns.
  • Train and mentor junior team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing a digital marketing team or department.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite).
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
