We are looking for a creative and results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing social media posts, executing targeted campaigns across platforms, and leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation and media management. This role requires a keen eye for design, a solid grasp of social media trends, and the technical know-how to use modern AI-driven solutions to scale marketing efforts.

We Expect You To:

  • Design and create engaging social media content (static, video, carousel, stories, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, etc.) to generate creative assets, captions, content calendars, ad copy, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Analyze campaign performance and social media insights to optimize future content and strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and emerging AI tools to ensure continued innovation and efficiency.

What Makes You An Ideal Fit:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Proven experience designing and executing social media campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, image generation, copywriting, and analytics.
  • Excellent understanding of platform-specific content strategies (e.g., Reels for Instagram, carousel posts for LinkedIn).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
