Role Description

As Head of Marketing you will own the entire digital marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion. Your mission will be to drive measurable lead generation and optimize ROI across platforms, ensuring marketing is a direct growth engine for the business development team.

If you have prior experience with the below responsibilities:

·    Lead, coach, and grow a marketing team.

·    Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that integrate content, email, social media, and client campaigns.

·    Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.) with focus on ROI and lead quality.

·    Build organic growth strategies and collaborative partnerships by engaging content, community building, and brand storytelling, to enhance reach without overreliance on paid spend.

·    Nominate the organization for relevant industry awards and conferences locally and internationally

·    Monitor campaign performance, analyze funnel metrics, and optimize continuously for conversion.

·    Ensure all marketing content and campaigns demonstrate accuracy, design consistency, and high language standards.

·    Collaborate closely with clients and the Operations team for the development of client campaigns and sales targets respectively.

·    Generate sales leads for The Talent Games product portfolio on a monthly basis with a set quarterly target for self and team.

Qualifications

·    5 to 7 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in a performance marketing leadership role.

·    Strong track record in demand generation, organic reach growth, and paid social media management.

·    Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel campaigns (content, social, email, paid) in fast-growing organizations.

·    Excellent command of English (written and verbal) with strong editing/proofing skills.

·    Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.

·    Prior experience in HR tech, SaaS, or product marketing is strongly preferred.

·    Ability to thrive in smaller, agile setups and scale impact with limited resources.
