About the Role

We are looking for a 
Junior Graphic Designer
 with a strong creative spark and a natural eye for aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, able to bring concepts to life across both digital and print media, and willing to grow in a collaborative environment. This is an 
onsite role
, requiring close coordination with our design and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging designs for social media posts, presentations, digital ads, and branding materials.
  • Work with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
  • Support in refining brand identity across different projects and campaigns.
  • Assist in producing mockups, layouts, and visual concepts for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines while maintaining creativity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in 
    Canva
     and at least one or more of the Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong sense of color, typography, and layout aesthetics.
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into creative visuals.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Prior internship or freelance experience in design is a plus.
