Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include developing ad strategies, analyzing campaign performance data, conducting keyword and audience research, and continually testing ad creatives and copy. The specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating and managing Meta ad campaigns
  • Experience in keyword and audience research
  • Skills in analyzing campaign performance data and optimizing accordingly
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with A/B testing of ad creatives and copy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with marketing professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with other digital ad platforms is a plus
