Role Overview:
As a Sales Growth & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new clients, increase revenue, and promote our services. This is a commission-based role designed for self-starters who are eager to achieve measurable results and grow with a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through digital and traditional channels.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Present and promote our services effectively to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in IT or outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and able to manage time effectively in a remote setup.
- Strong problem-solving and presentation abilities.
Compensation:
- Commission-Based Only – earn a competitive percentage on each closed deal.
