Sales Manager
to lead our sales strategy generate new business and manage both direct and institutional sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building partnerships managing the sales team and driving revenue through schools colleges franchises and direct customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sell STEM-based courses curriculum books and teacher training programs to schools colleges and education chains
· Onboard schools colleges and institutes for course adoption workshops and Skill2Success curriculum
· Drive sales of robotics and DIY kits to individuals educational institutions and retailers
· Promote and close franchise sales in key cities across Pakistan
· Build and manage batches for online and physical courses including weekend and holiday camps
· Plan and conduct workshops events and promotional sessions at Skill2Success training center and partner locations
· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation proposal pitching follow-ups and closing
· Recruit train and supervise the sales team and set monthly and quarterly targets
· Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns content and promotional materials
· Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and sales using CRM or tracking tools
· Prepare reports on sales performance customer feedback and market opportunities
· Travel across Pakistan to meet clients attend events and establish partnerships
· Represent Skill2Success at education expos franchise events and other outreach opportunities
Required Ǫualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Business related fields
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales preferably in EdTech curriculum publishing or training industry and selling educational franchises
· Proven experience in institutional sales and B2B relationship building
· Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
· Ability to work with targets deadlines and performance indicators
· Experience in managing sales teams and building sales pipelines
· Familiarity with educational products and understanding of the Pakistani school ecosystem
· Comfortable with traveling within and outside Lahore and across Pakistan
· Strong reporting skills using MS Excel Google Sheets or CRM tools
· Passion for STEM education technology and building partnerships
