About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing team in driving growth for our mobile apps. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or candidates with 0-6 months of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

App Store Optimization Support and Ads Support

  • Assist with keyword research and competitor analysis for app store listings
  • Support creation of app store visuals and screenshots under supervision
  • Help monitor app rankings and performance metrics
  • Support campaign setup and management for App Store ads, including selecting placements and setting budgets under supervision

Social Media & Content Management

  • Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Create engaging social media posts and basic graphics using Canva
  • Monitor social media engagement and community interactions

Email Marketing Assistance

  • Support email campaign execution and database management
  • Assist with email template organization and basic A/B testing
  • Help maintain subscriber lists and track email performance metrics

Campaign Support & Analytics

  • Assist in executing digital advertising campaigns under supervision
  • Help track campaign performance and compile basic reports
  • Support market research and competitor analysis activities

Administrative & Operational Tasks

  • Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
  • Organize digital assets and marketing materials
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

Qualifications

Required:

  • 0-6 months of experience (internships, personal projects, or fresh graduate)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Plus:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or social media management tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
