About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Executive to join our growing team at iSolve Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot system errors and resolve IT-related problems efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain company networks, databases, and security protocols
  • Assist with IT equipment setup, upgrades, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure uninterrupted IT services
  • Document issues, resolutions, and system changes for future reference

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of professional IT experience
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, networking, and system administration
  • Familiarity with IT tools, databases, and security practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Shift Timing

5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Full-Time | On-site position
