Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in Karachi. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying potential projects on Upwork, crafting compelling bids, and maintaining communication with clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and coordinating with the development team to ensure project alignment. The day-to-day tasks include searching for relevant projects, preparing proposals, managing client interactions, and tracking the progress of ongoing bids.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Upwork bidding and client communication
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and services (custom software, mobile apps, web development, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of successful project bidding and client acquisition
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Proficiency in market research and identifying potential projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the development team
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred
