Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Junior Accounts Officer to manage daily accounting operations, with a strong focus on receivables and maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and client invoicing
  • Record, reconcile, and verify financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Maintain ledgers and prepare financial reports
  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of statements
  • Support the finance team with daily accounting functions

Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree
  • 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Work Schedule:

  • Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Job Type: Full-time
