About Us

We are a growing
digital marketing agency
providing services like social media marketing, digital ads management, SEO, content creation, and web development. We are looking for a
proactive and energetic Lead Handler
who can
manage leads, follow up with clients, and close deals
for our agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    inbound leads
    from ads, website, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Make
    40–60 calls daily
    to follow up with prospects and warm leads.
  • Schedule and confirm
    client meetings
    with the management team.
  • Understand client needs and
    present agency services confidently
    .
  • Maintain a
    daily record of calls, leads, and status updates
    in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve monthly sales/lead closing targets (
    with commission bonuses).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Minimum Bachelor's preferred.
  • Experience:
    1–3 years in call center, telesales, or business development (marketing/advertising background is a plus).
  • Skills Needed:
  • Excellent communication in
    English
    .
  • Persuasive, confident, and target-driven.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services.
