About the Role

Huawei is seeking a
Core Network Solution Manager
to lead technical solutions for
4G/5G core networks
. This role involves working across
pre-sales, R&D, and delivery
to design innovative solutions that power the future of connectivity. The ideal candidate combines strong
technical expertise
with
client-facing skills
to deliver solutions that drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    pre-sales solutions
    and present confidently to clients.
  • Collaborate with
    R&D and sales teams
    to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor
    market trends
    and incorporate them into solution design.
  • Ensure clear, effective
    technical documentation
    and project delivery support.
  • Act as a bridge between technical innovation and business needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Solid expertise in
    core network architecture
    (EPC / 5GC / IMS).
  • 5+ years
    in
    R&D or solution delivery
    within the telecom industry.
  • Deep understanding of
    mobile communication standards (4G/5G)
    .
  • Proven
    project management
    and
    cross-functional collaboration
    skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create technical documentation.
  • Fluency in
    English
    (written and technical).
