Location: DHA phase 5, Karachi
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Manager who can efficiently handle administrative operations and also manage day-to-day accounts and financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing office operations, and sound knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office.
• Maintain records, manage correspondence, and supervise support staff.
• Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and basic
bookkeeping
.
• Coordinate with accounts department for monthly reporting and payments.
• Ensure smooth functioning of office operations, procurement, and maintenance.
• Prepare and manage administrative budgets.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely
payments
.
• Assist management in HR and payroll coordination.
Requirements
:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration and accounts.
• Strong command of MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
