We're hiring an
Accounts Receivable & Follow-up Executive.
If you're confident in your communication, detail-oriented, and enjoy maintaining client relationships while ensuring timely payments, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email regarding pending invoices.
  • Track and update payment status reports accurately on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile client accounts.
  • Address payment delays professionally and maintain strong client rapport.
  • Prepare periodic receivables and recovery summaries for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in collections, receivables, or client coordination.
  • Strong English communication skills
    (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in
    MS Excel
    and accounting/ERP software.
  • Excellent organization, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
