About the Role:
As a Training & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales of Training and certification programs to students and corporate clients.
- Building and managing strong relationships with trainers, onboarding new talent, and coordinating training schedules.
- Engaging with the corporate sector to design and deliver customized IT upskilling solutions.
- Ensuring smooth execution of training programs with a focus on quality and learner satisfaction.
What you'll Do:
Promote and sell training programs to students and businesses.
- Develop partnerships with universities, training providers, and corporate HR/L&D teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage trainers for various IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, Fortinet, etc.).
- Coordinate training logistics and monitor program effectiveness.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or IT (Master's a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training sales, L&D, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of IT certifications and training industry is a big advantage.
- A motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for education and skills development.
