About the Role

Ignite & Infinite is seeking a highly motivated
International Recruiter
to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier professionals for U.S.-based clients in the healthcare and technology sectors. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage recruitment pipelines efficiently while working in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment cycle
    for international clients, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates using professional networks, job boards, and social platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Ensure all hiring and onboarding documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Stay informed about market trends, U.S. hiring standards, and international compliance practices.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resource Management
    ,
    Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in international or U.S. recruitment preferred.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    – both spoken and written.
  • Strong understanding of
    U.S. HR systems
    , employment types (W2, 1099), and recruitment compliance is a plus.
  • Experience using
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    ,
    Indeed
    , and other sourcing platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work the
    night shift
    to align with U.S. operations.
