Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Sales Inbound representative located in Lahore. The role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Team members will also be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process and addressing technical support needs as necessary.

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for engaging with diverse customers effectively
  • Experience in offering Technical Support
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
